Because each song is generated to your individual brief and delivered digitally, all sales are final once the song has been generated. However, we offer the following exceptions:

1. Failed generation

If we cannot deliver a song due to technical failure on our side, you receive a full refund or a free re-generation, at your choice.

2. Preview-first model

We provide free previews before payment. You only pay if you choose to proceed after hearing the preview.

3. EU / UK statutory withdrawal (14-day rule)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, digital content delivered before the 14-day withdrawal period ends with your explicit prior consent waives the right of withdrawal. By proceeding with payment, you give such consent.

4. How to request a refund

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve all issues directly.
